Volunteer Job Organization Form

The number of people and the times shown to finish each job are only estimates. Depending on the size of your group and your fundraiser it may take you more or less than what is shown.

Job:
-Create Seller Information and Parent Information sheets. (1person/1 hour)

-Package the Seller Info, Parent Info, brochures and order form in an envelope for distribution to sellers. (2 people/1.5 hours)

-Contact your local student friendly businesses to obtain prize incentives for student sale levels. (1 person/2 hours)

-Create publicity forms to place around your community and the school. (2 people/1 hour)

-Put up the publicity forms around your community and school. (2 people/1 hour)

-Plan and conduct a kick-off meeting. (3 people/1 hour)

-Collect the completed order forms from sellers and compile a tally sheet. (2 people/1.5 hours)

- Be at the delivery location to accept and check over the shipment. (1 person/1 hour)

-If your sale is not prepacked, separate all orders by seller. Include any prizes with orders. (5 people/2 hours)

-Collect all monies and deposit your profit! (1person/1 hour)
